The tale of Fresh Ness is a feel good one. Not only because their unique range of low fat muffins taste great, but because owner and baker Vanessa Clausen is a business woman success story. From humble beginnings filling orders in her Sydney home and delivering them by bus and taxi, Vanessa has expanded her business to the point where she now employs five other staff plus a distributor, and supplies around 70 clients with fresh and healthy sweet breads daily.
Still hand-made by Vanessa and her team (now from a commercial bake-house in Mascot) the Fresh Ness range has continued to grow since its original launch four years ago as the only low-fat muffin on the market. While the demand has also increased, the focus at Fresh Ness is still on providing fresh and funky food with a healthy conscience.
