What days do you deliver?
We delivery to the Sydney area 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
Is there a limit as to how much I can order?
No way! We can bake and send you as many of our tasty treats as you wish.
These are so good, how fast can you deliver more?
If orders are placed by 3pm, we can have your fresh fine foods dispatched and delivered by courier the following morning! Keep in mind though that we at Freshness take a little breather on Sundays and public holidays, so orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday and deliveries cannot be made on Sundays and Public Holidays. Also, please note: Fresh Ness will not be responsible for stolen goods.
What are your payment terms?
We offer a 14 day account for less than a $400 spend per month and a 30 day account for larger amounts. Payments are accepted by Bpay, credit card, post pay, or eftpos.
How and when do I place my order?
You can call, fax or email your orders to our head office any time before 3pm and one of our helpful staff will gladly process if for you for next day delivery.
What is your minimum order?
To order from us directly, we request a minimum order of $40.00. If you are after something less though, please feel free to visit one of our 120 current distributors around the Sydney area (see a list of all our distributors in the Sydney area under "Find Our Products").
How long do your products last and how do I store them?
As our products are homemade, natural, and preservative free, they don't last suspiciously long like some other baked products. We recommend keeping muffins for no longer than 3 - 4 days in summer and around 5 days in winter. Our breads can be kept up to 7 days, cookies for 10, and bars for 3 months. For optimal preservation, we suggest keeping your treats in a cool ambient area and refrigerating over night.
